Job Description

Responsabilities:

Manage & support the P&L income lines, ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of figures, analysis and comments;
Preparation and analysis of reports and performance data to provide assessments of trends and to identify and explain variances from goals and prior periods;
Discover potential performance challenges or anticipate changes in future business activities;
Prepare financial results for performance commercial meetings, prividing substantive content to facilitate strategic decision-making;
Evaluate, communicate discuss and challenge financial impacts, proposed solutions and alternatives;
Build and maintain complex financial models and conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various business decisions;
Oversee the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor`s degree, preferably in Finance/ Accounting;
Minimum 1 years of experience in controlling area or a similar one;
Advanced computer skills and experience with Financial Systems (SQL, SAP, Data Warehouse, Excel – Visual Basic, Power Point, Access);
Ability to work independently and also function as a team player in a cross functional team, in order to meet internal deadlines;
Analytical skills: absolute comfort with numbers and large volumes of data;
Logical thinking ability, with problem-solving skills,
Detail-oriented, hands-on, meticulous;
Proactive and result oriented, in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them;
Well organized, hard-working, commitment, team spirit;
Demonstrates high levels of energy and enthusiasm, adaptable in social situations, comfortable in networking and social settings.
