Could you be the full-time Finance Project Manager SER Germany in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your valuable expertise in a new cutting-edge field and work alongside with smart, experienced, mature and assertive teammates.
You’ll be the co-pilot to the Project Manager to ensure focus on the achievement of the financial goals of the project.
You’ll specifically take care ofproviding all required financial information about the project, support Project Management, control the monthly margin realization, monitor and support the EAC change process, support project planning, and ensure that Alstom accounting guidelines are respected, single point of contact for all financial issues relating to the specific project portfolio controlled, close monitoring of the project deliverables, early assessment and measuring of financial impact of risks and opportunities with regular follow-ups on action plans and proactively follow and challenge the project cash flow and gross margin.
We’ll look to you for:
Monthly cost control (Contract Income Statement);
Reporting projects;
Actual vs forecast/budget analysis and cost reallocation;
Analysis of Sales, Total Costs and Gross margin based on actuals;
Ensure consolidation of participating units for actuals and forecast sales is correct;
Contract EAC management;
Budget and forecast;
Other costs deep dive analysis: bonds, guarantees, L/C, PM, etc.;
Invoice calculation and preparation;
Monitor the invoice plan;
Monitor cash collections and L/C fees;
Prepare all the financial slides for MPR;
Prepare all the financial slides for FPR;
Support PM with all the requirements for the MPR/QPR/FPR preparation;
Analysis of Sales POC, Sales delivery, VO, update of Sales EAC;
Follow-up on invoicing plan;
Follow-up on cash collection;
Prepare the cash and sales monthly analysis and forecast;
Contract MD management;
Manage all finance related activities for setting up the project;
Month end closing including accruals management;
Audit;
Contract closure;
Early warnings, risk and opportunities analysis;
Contract BS items management and analysis;
Support project team in claim preparation;
Ad hoc requests.

Excellent time management and organizational ability;
Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure.
