New Partner Acquisition: Proactively research and engage new potential partners, including door-to-door sales to single-unit restaurants, bakeries, and cafes.
Cold Leads and Hunting: Focus on working with cold leads and hunting as a principal part of the job.
Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential partners, mapping stakeholders, and understanding their decision-making processes.
Pitch: Deliver compelling presentations to potential partners, confidently discussing our business and the food waste proposition.
Business Development: Meet monthly KPIs, report to the local leader, and identify new opportunities.
Holistic Approach: Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hunter sales.
Native Romanian speaker with proficient English (at least B2 level).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, inquire, and communicate effectively.
Exceptional communication capabilities.
Passionate about our mission, with a genuine concern for the environment and reducing food waste.
Fully motivated, proactive, and maintain an open-minded approach.
