We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Merch Dominator. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our online Print On Demand Research platform.
Responsibilities:

Build a high performing Digital Marketing team. Lead, mentor, and manage the team to ensure alignment with company goals and professional growth of team members.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Merch Dominator and increase brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis to optimise marketing campaigns.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Develop engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and advertising materials.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Manage and optimise Merch Dominator’s presence on social media platforms to maximise engagement and reach.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to implement innovative strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role in e-commerce and Saa S.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, GTM, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
