Job Description (Posting).
MS Office, Powershell SQL MS flow, Python, Power BI, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Dynamics, Web development Bachelor s degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science. 1+ years of experience in the telecommunications, fixed line or VOIP preferred. 1+ years of experience working in a TNS team in the high-tech industry preferred. Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office products. Data analysis experience and strong Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tool knowledge are a plus. Comfortable working cross functionally with program managers, analysts, engineering, data scientists. Comfortable participating in meetings with senior team members and customers. Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of German, French, Italian or Spanish is a benefit. Assessment of service issues and assistance in their resolution. Handling of sensitive data while adhering to strict security and privacy rules.
