Design Lead for ADAS (ASI)

The Design Lead is responsible for all the technical aspects of the defined set of products and shall:

The Design Lead is responsible for all the technical aspects of the defined set of products and shall:

Ensure that all stakeholder expectations are met (OEM, DV/PV, and production)

Validate requirements at all levels in final deliverable and for each release
-
Secure the Architecture and Verification Criteria of all defined products and product levels (SYS, HW, SW, TEST etc.)

Exercise final decision making, and document made design decisions
- Support the project manager regarding technical planning and steering (holy dates, releases, CV/DV/PV, design reviews)

Support the project manager in technical issues towards the customer
- Drive technical escalations in all areas
- Ensure that all correct processes are followed and that the appropriate tools are used in the project.
- Take cost into consideration when making design decisions
- Relevant experience in coordination (project, technical, line or discipline management)

Advanced Design Lead skills specific for R&D
automotive area -
Leading skills for medium - large size teams, distributed in
different sites -
Technical understanding of multiple disciplines involved in product
development (SW, HW, MD etc.) -
Advanced knowledge of complete product
development process, from quotation to production launch - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic team environment
