Customer Support Representative Slovak
Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Education:
Pagamento: 8.350,00RON por mês
Idioma:
- Handle communication via emails, tickets, and chats to address customer issues.
- Provide information to existing customers and prospects through email, tickets, and chats, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently.
- Ensure strong client retention by offering excellent customer support and identifying potential services or products that may suit their needs.
- Effectively manage complaints, ensuring they are properly documented, confirmed, and resolved.
- Maintain a responsible and reliable attitude, adhering to the daily operational plan.
- Handle customer interactions in a professional, efficient manner.
- Update customer databases and document service interactions for future reference and campaigns.
- Escalate recurring issues to the team manager or relevant department.
Education:
- Preferably a college degree or relevant work experience.
- Native or advanced level in Slovak.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Strong computer literacy, including software and hardware knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Slovak.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High motivation with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Effective decision-making abilities.
