ABOUT THE JOB

In this position, you process orders that you receive by phone and/or by mail from domestic and foreign customers, which must be checked for completeness and accuracy. You also assess whether the orders can be delivered. The Customer Service shall maintain contacts with customers over specific needs and ensure proper sales administration.

• Order taking by email or in the system
• Receiving phone calls from the customers
• Preparation of order confirmations and all necessary documentation connected with transport procedures and invoicing
• Collaborating with logistics department in organizing shipment
• Processes return, credit and debit memos as required
• Liaise with the Central Planning department on delivery times and dates, changes customer demands and forecasts
• Supporting administrative duties in the office

• Education at minimum secondary level with a high-school exam
• Fluent Romanian and English is a must
• Experience in Customer Service or similar office position - approx. 1
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment will be a plus (not necessary)
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
