You will be given an important mission:
Provide logistic support for Power Technique Business Area and takes good care of distributors/dealers needs
Manage transports, orders and deliveries to customers
Ensure excellent customer service experience
Propose changes to update and implement logistic procedures and policies
You will have interesting and challenging responsibilities:
Manage the orders and deliveries of equipment and parts to our customers
Communicate with product factories about lead and delivery times, availability of equipment and share it with our customers, dealers, sales and service teams
Follow-up order’s status and making sure that all deliveries are on time
Invoicing following internal procedures
Purchasing materials from external local suppliers to complete special projects and stock supervision
Handle customers and distributors/dealers complaints, ensuring their highest satisfaction
Cooperation with Business Line Manager and Logistic Manager, sharing ideas how to reduce logistics costs
Constant contact with internal departments: sales, aftermarket, finance department

Most wanted knowledge and skills you should possess:
Relevant experience in a similar position in customer support and logistics position
Secondary education or university degree in logistics, business administration, economics will be a plus
Native in Romania and with good communication in English
You love to work with people at all levels and build relationships based on trust
Basic experience with SAP is welcomed
Strong customer focus, pro-active and “can do” attitude
Analytical skills and ability do work with data
Ability to work with priorities and under the time pressure
