Costing - Senior Process Associate – English – Remote Romania

Inviting applications for the role of Costing - Senior Process Associate – English – Remote Romania!
Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams to accomplish the allocated tasks;
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with underwriters, experts and other departments in order to handle tasks on time with high quality
- Prioritize the workload in order to meet audit SLA and accuracy requirements
- Review, check and gather insurance and legal documentation
- Review insurance submission data for accuracy and completeness
- Reflect insurance policy terms, conditions into the systems
- Make sure the data entered has supporting documentation attached
- Ensure that the entered values are correct
- Maintain and update the SOP to reflect the business requirements and portfolio specifics
- Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
- Updating the working procedures periodically;
- Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
- Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and clients serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate;
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager

- Substantial experience in processes like: Customer Accountancy, Client Services,
- Relevant domain experience in Costing,
- Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage
Preferred qualifications
- Personal culture and client management expertise.
- High motivation and ability to learn.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
