Your mission:

• Integration of the control algorithm into the existing product,
• Validation and tests between simulation model and hardware implementation,
• Creation of internal and external documentation,
• Support of international certification processes ,
• Maintenance and extension of the HIL test bench,
• Bugfixing,
• Maintenance, adaptation and optimization of processes,
• Design, simulation and integration of new features into the control core model according to applicable standards and grid codes.

Your profile:

• Control engineering:
  • Very good knowledge of control engineering, ideally in the control of renewable energy generation systems,
  • Good knowledge of model-based software development in MATLAB/Simulink and code generation,
  • Ideally, experience with the control of hybrid battery storage systems.
• Software development:
  • Good knowledge of developing and testing hardware-related software,
  • Experience with version control and software tests (e.g. unit tests),

• Experience with international grid codes (e.g. VDE-AR-N 4110).

Tools the position will be working with:

• MATLAB/Simulink,
• Git,
• Linux/Embedded Linux.
