The Content andamp; SEO Specialist is responsible for delivering the greatest content experience for clients while we generate more traffic and value for the company. - Understanding the business direction, vision, and mission, and adjusting content on the website accordingly.
- Setting the content marketing direction for the website and Electripedia, aligned with business goals.
- Overseeing the SEO strategy, ensuring alignment between agency requirements and the internal team for implementation.
- Developing a strong understanding of the energy market, both local and external.
- Overseeing and anticipating industry trends to guide content creation that aligns with the market.
- Collaborating with internal teams (communication, product, website, my PPC app, CX, sustainability, etc.) to effectively promote the organization's products and services, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision.
- Collaborating with the SEO andamp; Content Agency and ensuring timely communication of essential information.
- Creating content for campaign pages, including sales and contest campaigns.
- Analyzing marketing data to identify trends, anticipate buyer persona needs, and gain a solid understanding of the target audience to maximize ROI.
- Conducting digital research analyses, reviewing competition (internal and external), and adjusting direction to drive traffic and deliver exceptional content.
- Monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing ideas to enhance strategy development.
- Measuring and reporting the impact of efforts and assessing results against objectives.
- Developing and maintaining reports, as well as creating presentations for internal and external use.
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital role, either in an agency or on the client side.
- Experience in building or reshaping content marketing strategies for brands/clients, with demonstrated results (objectives achieved).
- Proven experience in SEO, either in an agency or client environment.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in developing SEO andamp; Content Strategies.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and other tools for measuring traffic data.
- Previous experience in the energy industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of successful content marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform effective creative strategies.
- Experience in agency work (content marketing strategy andamp; creation).
- Creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving oriented thinking with a focus on finding efficient solutions.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar fields is considered a plus.
