The Candidate We Are Looking For (Competencies/Qualifications)

Civil Engineering or Architecture degree;

a EUR- Minimum 1-2 years of technical experience in construction, architectural/design consultancy, shop fitting, preferably in retail sector;

a EUR- Advanced Level of English (Both written and verbal) ;

a EUR- Ability to use Auto CAD and MS Office programs;

a EUR- Knowledge of Local Construction, Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Regulations;

a EUR- Preferably experienced at all Electrical, Mechanical and Architectural operations of Mall Construction Sites , store decoration and interior decoration Works;

a EUR- Ability to travel both locally and Internationally;

a EUR- Static knowledge is plus;

a EUR- Having excellent analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities;

a EUR- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently;

a EUR- Having excellent communication skills;

a EUR- Goal and result oriented, proactive and open to innovative approaches;

Carrying out technical negotiations of new leasing contracts.

Controlling and concluding project process in its place.

Following up and concluding of new store`s construction areas.

Organizing maintenance, renovation, modification and repairment processes of current stores.

Controlling progress payments of contractor companies.

Organizing necessary archiving works.
