Responsibilities

Collection of customer invoices and unauthorized deductions, maintenance of Accounts Receivables, reviewing and recommending block of account, supervising customer payment trends and partner concern of payment problems/issues.
Coordinating the chase activity, query resolution/dispute management: Verbal & Written Communication with client and related departments.
Managing dunning letters/collection letters: Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters
Build and maintain specific customer service measurements for assigned accounts, providing backup coverage for other Analysts and a detailed understanding of all business unit practices and procedures.
Works closely with Cash Application team to ensure correct matching of payments
Creates customized customer statements and sends them to customers
Follows up with customers, requests for payments and investigates the reasons for non-payments

Qualifications

Experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Finance – required
Language Dutch knowledge, level B2 is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills – required
Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation;
Accurate, logical problem solver;
Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;

Preferred qualifications

University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);
