To create end-to end solutionsorimprovementsorenhancements for identified issues for existing processes and achieve project deliverables through effective team management (1.) To create process and technical resolutions for end to end implementation of improvements based on the root cause identified by the team on the existing issues and processes (2.) Devise and implement with approval of supervisors action plans to improve the productivity of business by utilizing the analyses and reports prepared by team (3.) To create and validate business requirements shared by team for enhancing functionality of process workflows to improve customer experience and satisfaction (4.) To manage relationships with client and business counterparts to achieve goals within various assigned projects to ensure smooth progress and improvements and enhanced functionality. (5.)
