Utilize your technical expertise to support project development, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Reporting and Data Analysis: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. Design and implement project metrics and KPIs, monitor progress, and track attrition. Develop dashboards in tools like Jira, Easy BI, and similar platforms, and provide support to the PMO with different tasks that are needed
Technical Support: Apply your technical background to assist in the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet the project’s goals and needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various teams to ensure alignment on project goals, business objectives, and overall project success
Basic project management experience.
Understanding of IT projects, Pharma experience is also an advantage.
