The Brand Operations Specialist role is a position within the Global Strategic Marketing and Distribution (GSMD) team in Allianz Group. This role offers support in maintaining and enhancing the brand's presence across various platforms and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
What you will do
- Participating in internal brand training sessions and providing support for basic brand-related inquiries across the organization.
- Uploading and tagging brand and marketing content to platforms such as TRACK, DAM, and One Allianz.
- Procuring images from global stock platforms like Shutterstock on behalf of Global Strategic Marketing (GSMD) and the Operating Entities (OE) and managing the invoicing process.
- Offering standardized design feedback on local marketing assets.
- Compiling use cases that require a solution from the AZ Design Team.
- Assisting in gathering and organizing market trend data and consumer insights to support senior team members in brand strategy discussions.
- Contributing to the development and updating of brand guidelines under the guidance of senior team members.
- Managing access requests for One Allianz and DAM
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or a related field
- Knowledge of MS-Power Point, MS-Excel, Office 365
- Knowledge and previous usage of Adobe Creative Programs (e.g., Photoshop)
- Previous exposure to brand-related tasks or internships in marketing, brand management, graphic design, and or related roles
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and stock image platforms.
- Understanding of brand management principles and marketing
You have
- Good English skills, both written and oral
- Good planning, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Communication skills to provide design feedback and collect use cases from the design team
- Ability to work with global stock and brand platforms and design software
- Flexibility and the ability to work with new tools and platforms
- Analytical skills that would help gather and interpret data on brand performance and market trends are a plus.
