We aim to stand for the voice of the consumer, of the market and of the future, to put insights into action, add value & objectivity to decision making and help Area & Market teams think ahead & solve problems before they happen.
Area Insights & Foresights Senior Manager builds the team, develops the plans and enhances the infrastructure that provide our business with best-in-class understanding, and timely, actionable and forward-looking insights.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Define Market & Category Insights & Foresights priorities and design & implement the Annual I&F Plan
Deliver regular Insights review with Cross-category, cross-market perspectives, based on macro indicators, market performance analysis, competitor intelligence, primary research projects, as well as global insights or external data.
Identify growth opportunities for our business & brands, leveraging a wide range of research methodologies and tools
Ensure that marketing strategy planning process, decision making and evaluation process are supported by solid data and Insights
Ensure that all market and consumer KPIs are reported to wider organisation OTIF
Develop an effective working relationship with key agency partners as well as with Internal teams: Category, Marketing Finance, Legal, Consumer Experience, Country Managers, Global Insights & Foresights teams to maximize actionability of insights team delivers
Ensures team shares best practices and learnings within wider Insights & Foresights team
Support team development with in-time and clear objectives setting and performance tracking, development plans in place and required trainings available for the team
Actively participate in continuous learning and development activities to build and maintain expertise in Insights and Foresights methodologies and tools
What are we looking for?
Graduate degree, with a preference for business, economics, sociology or STEM-fields
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing teams;
Experience in leading Strategy & Insights delivery for Consumer centric multi-categories/ brands organisations;
Cross functional marketing exposure in Proposition Development, Brand management and communication, Strategic planning & consumer product portfolio development;
Commercial acumen & incisiveness to identify drivers of Category, Consumption & Brand performance;
Strong communication skills (Oral & Visual Storytelling) and stakeholder management, driving transformation and change through others across a matrix organization and among diverse cultures;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to synthesize actionable and forward-looking insights from research findings and other available information;
MS Office (PPT, XLS), ideally you’d have some experience with Power BI;
Proficiency in English.
