AI Engineer in Bucharest

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our Data Science team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, a passion for AI, and a drive to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Our purpose is to provide our company with a best-in-class data and analytics function that drives innovation and growth through data democratization, data visualization and advanced analytics, including machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
Your responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to 235.00RON per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Your responsibilities:
- Develop AI projects hands-on, contributing to the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Participate in Po Cs to explore how Gen AI can be applied to enhance our company performance.
- Coach and guide colleagues into Gen AI development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong software development skills in Python, and/or other languages.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, ML model validation and software engineering principles.
- Experience implementing software solutions based on Gen AI models
- Experience with cloud and automated management of resources (eg. Azure, Terraform)
- Instrumental with NLP techniques, as well as information retrieval from different documents and formats.
- Experience with data storage of unstructured data, No SQL databases
- Knowledge of MLOps, such as setting up CI/CD & Github actions and familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Passionate about high-quality code and following best practices in software development.
Contract length: 12 months
