Join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team and be a driving force behind Amazon's world-class shopping experience. As an AI Data Trainer, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of how customers interact with AI when shopping online.

This is an office-based role in our Bucharest, Romania office, working Monday to Friday. Training will last for approximately 6 weeks.

Key job responsibilities

Contribute to exciting projects generating training datasets for AI platforms that power our online shopping capabilities
Create engaging, high-quality content that help our AI platforms to understand and respond to text-based shopping queries
Validate data according to specific annotation guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality of the collected information
Collaborate closely with your team to streamline data collection and curation processes
Leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work
Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field such as linguistics
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology
