Role Overview Working as part of the corporate finance accounting team, the intern will offer support with Oracle migration and for the accurate monthly closing of the business units. Reporting directly to the Regional GL, the intern will be responsible to offer support for general ledger/ accounts payable integrity and balance sheet accuracy. Responsibilities
Prepare ad-hoc reports;
Responsible for assigned general ledger/ accounts payable transactions
Participates in month-end closings, ensuring the monthly variation of accounts is in line with expected results
Prepare the balance sheet reconciliations and data consolidation
Assists the audit process by preparing the information requested by the auditors, if required
Cooperates closely with GL/AP team, Treasury and Finance Business Partners;
Ensures the processes are properly documented
