Role description
- Managing a large portfolio of small and medium business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet
- Reactive and proactive selling the full Voice & Network product portfolio and achieving sales quotas
- Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the customer
- Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals)
- Identify and win Sales Opportunities
Key accountabilities
- Prospection and reactive/proactive upselling/ cross sell
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities
- Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
- Serve as lead contact for all account management matters
- Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximise profits and increase revenue base
- Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive
- Digital management through campaigns and digital tools (if applicable)
Role requirements
Experience:
- Entry/Intermediate level sales position
- Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Well organized and structure dealing with complex and high-volume requests/tasks
- Good listener and negotiator
- Strong ownership
- Resilient and solution driven
