Role description
Managing a large portfolio of small and medium business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet
Reactive and proactive selling the full Voice & Network product portfolio and achieving sales quotas
Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the customer
Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals)
Identify and win Sales Opportunities
Key accountabilities
Prospection and reactive/proactive upselling/ cross sell
Forecast and track key account metrics
Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities
Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
Serve as lead contact for all account management matters
Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximise profits and increase revenue base
Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive
Digital management through campaigns and digital tools (if applicable)
Role requirements
Experience:
Entry/Intermediate level sales position
Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Strong written communication skills
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
High level of integrity and work ethic
Numerical and analytical skills
Well organized and structure dealing with complex and high-volume requests/tasks
Good listener and negotiator
Strong ownership
Resilient and solution driven
Willing to go the „Extra mile“ to win , having a sales driven personality
Eager to learn
Qualifications:
Languages: Advanced English is mandatory
