Join us as a 3rd Party Inventory Planner (12 Months Fixed Term Contract) in Bucharest and be part of a passionate and fun team, while working hybrid for a Top Employer.
In this role you will manage the inventory volume and transport requirements between the co-manufacturer and the company, and resolve any discrepancies that may arise, in order to reduce financial risk to the business in relation to third party produced inventory.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor Output Against 3rd Party Schedules – Resolve issues and amend priorities to maintain product supply to markets.
Manage On-Pack Promotion Changes – Define packaging needs and review finished goods inventory with manufacturers and market demand planners to achieve correct promotional rotation with zero write-off of packaging components.
Update Transactions Timely – Support the buy/sell of company materials and manage loads to ensure effective deployment of 3PS finished goods stock.
Create and Maintain Co-Man Loads – Responsible for creating and maintaining changes to our Co-Man loads.
Resolve Unpaid Invoices and Financial Variances – Balance accounts and reduce financial risk to the business on a weekly basis.
We’re Looking for Someone With
A University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
Advanced English Language Skills.
Expertise in Supply Planning .
Proficiency with ERP Systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.
