The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Sitecore 10.x, .NET, .Net API, HTML, CSS, and JS, with a strong background in Cards & Payments. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our company's goals and contribute to the betterment of society.

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Sitecore 10.x, .NET, .Net API, HTML, CSS, and JS.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.

Ensure the software solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain documentation for software solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Cards & Payments domain.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process to enhance efficiency and quality.
