Architectural Draftsman
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
Experience:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit architectural documentation in compliance with DC1 guidelines.
- Utilize Auto CAD software to create precise and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
- Produce comprehensive detailing drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for both residential and other projects.
- Interpret rough sketches and specifications provided by engineers and architects to produce detailed drawings.
- Collaborate with architectural engineering team and other departments to understand design intent and translate it into accurate drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on feedback from project teams.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that all drawings are aligned with the overall project goals and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in drafting, interior design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
- Must have DC1 architectural submission experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit), other design tools, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Ability to convey instructions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Architectural Drafting: 2 years (Required)
