Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily project activities and site operations.
• Manage and direct subcontractors and allocated staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to project management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry work processes, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
