SENIOR PANEL TECHNICIAN

GTC requirements for Senior Panel Technician.
Requirement – Senior Electrical Panel Technician – Who knows Panel Wiring,Understanding Panel Diagram and Troubleshooting & Repair.
GTC is looking for a Senior Electrical Panel Technician who is strong in the Pumps Panels, HVAC Panels and AHU,FCU and Chiller Panels.
QTY – 2 required.
Salary Structure – Basic – 1500 QAR, Food – 500, Other Allowance – 200 QAR – Total – 2,200.00 QAR.
The selection based on his experience & Video call Interview. Contract Period – 4 years.
Company Responsibility – Over Time as per basic salary, QID, Work visa, in 2 years up & down tickets, Medical, Transportation and Accommodation.
Employee Responsibility – Only Food cooking and Purchasing Stuff.
Experience Required – At least 10 years to 15 years (Gulf Experience is preferred).
Site locations – Workshop jobs, On site & Off-site Job.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical switchgear systems.
Understand the Panel Drawings – Panel can be installed anywhere in QATAR in any machines but panel drawing if technician knows then its easy to understand the details.
Machines are – Air Handling unit, Chillers, Pump panels, Gate Motor, Fan coil unit control panel and Motor Star – Delta,VFDs and DOL starter Control panels .
Ensures the proper functioning of control systems, such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) panels.
Understanding the sensor working and checking the continuity and trace out the issue in the panel.
Test and troubleshoot electrical switchgear equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical switchgear to ensure optimal functionality.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot and repair switchgear systems.
Assemble, wire, and install control panels according to electrical schematics and blueprints.
Ensure all wiring and connections are made accurately and in compliance with electrical codes and standards.
Test control panels for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
Interpret and follow technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for both control panels and diesel generators.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve problems in control panels and diesel generators.
Stay updated with the latest technology and advancements in control panels and diesel generator systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient operation and safety.

Qualifications:
Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; technical and vocational training in electrical systems is preferred.
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and diesel generator operations.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
