Sales Executive Glass & Metal (Job location: Qatar)
The Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers. This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their project needs and recommend the most suitable glass and metal facade solutions (curtain wall, ACP cladding, spider systems, etc.).
Interpret and understand architectural drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate product specifications.
Leverage your technical knowledge of the glazing and metal industry to effectively communicate product benefits and address client concerns.
Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations that are competitive, clear, and tailored to each project.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product developments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales within the architectural glass and metal industry (or a related field). Project Sales experience is a must.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse clientele.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently present complex technical information to clients.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
A technical background in glazing, architectural metals, or a related field is a strong asset.
A valid Qatar driver's license is required.
