Sales Engineer (Pool Equipment)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team specializing in pool equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support customers in selecting the right pool equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and engage with prospective customers, contractors, and pool maintenance companies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients to promote our pool equipment range.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Support & Consultation:
  • Provide technical expertise on pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other related equipment.
  • Assist clients with equipment selection, offering customized solutions to meet their pool design and maintenance needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers and partners.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the pool equipment market.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align customer feedback with new product offerings.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries, provide quotations, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in pool equipment or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of pool systems and equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and water treatment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
