Are you a seasoned Sales professional with a passion for HVAC solutions? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Engineer, where your primary focus will be driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market share in the Qatar region, particularly within the HVAC portfolio. This role offers a vibrant environment for you to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our Building Technology and Solutions division.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Utilize your extensive sales experience to develop and execute a robust sales strategy for promoting our HVAC solutions. Identify and prioritize opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Conduct site audits, suggest improvements, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Market Expansion: Focus on new construction projects and existing installations to drive business growth. Aim to achieve defined sales volumes and expand our customer base
Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Regularly update sales tools and provide accurate forecasts
Long-term Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships. Stay self-motivated to drive growth in your territory
What we look for Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven success in selling HVAC products, specifically Chillers, CWS (Chilled Water Systems), AHUs, and FCUs in the Qatar market
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop sales strategies, and close deals. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
Deep understanding of HVAC systems
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Determined, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred
Valid Qatar Driving License
