**Job Description:**
Meat Moot Doha is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Hostess to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a vital role in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle phone calls and manage take-out orders as needed.
- Monitor dining room activities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support the management team with any administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
