Job Summary: As a Psychologist, your primary responsibility will be to provide counseling, effective psychological assessment, and mental health therapy to the blue collar employees working in a construction firm. By coordinating closely with the HR and Healthcare Team, you need to help employees professionally and emotionally by examining their mindset and behavior to explore how they can gain job satisfaction resulting in company’s productivity. Primary responsibilities * Conduct regular and comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluation of employees. * Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions. * Deliver one-on-one and group counseling and therapy sessions. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals (doctors and nurses) deployed at site. * Observe staff interactions, professional relationships and work ethics as a base to provide counseling services and to influence structural changes. * Evaluate employees by observing their performance in the workplace, evaluating which design a training program. * Maintain meticulous and confidential employee records. Requirements * Bachelor's or master’s degree in psychology, or in counseling, social work or a related field. * Licensure or certification as a psychologist/counselor (or) eligible to apply for DHP license. * A minimum of two years of post-graduation experience as a Counselor or Clinical Psychologist (in corporate firm). * Proficiency in Hindi (reading & writing) and English is a Must. * Demonstrated compassion and empathy in working with diverse populations. * Exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities.
