We are currently seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professional to lead and direct a team in delivering top-quality food and beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service. Preferably, the candidate will be a Russian speaker. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing Flavours on Two. Your primary objectives will be to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service quality while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the inventory of the outlet.
Ensuring the timely setup of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and in line with the opening hours.
Preparing employee schedules according to forecasts and within staffing guidelines to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
Conducting regular training sessions with the team in line with departmental SOPs.
Evaluating team performance and initiating internal development and promotions.
Maintaining professional and friendly relationships with patrons.
Establishing and updating a database of regular guests for the outlet.
Frequently touring the outlet and related areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Actively participating in the outlet’s promotional activities.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experience:
A college or university degree is required.
A minimum of two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a large outlet.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Effective communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong presentation skills.
Knowledge of steaks and wines is a significant advantage.
