Continuously focus on correct measures to ensure maximum profits for the restaurant. Follow up with purchasing department on any items not available within the F&B stores. Maximizes employee productivity by correct scheduling and adjust schedules to business needs.
Conduct and record weekly payrolls to the standards of the hotel.
Implements innovative & creative ideas to optimize revenue and profits in the department.
Identify situations which compromise the department’s standards and address them accordingly.
Review attendance of employees at daily outlet briefings.
Meetings - Attends or holds the following meetings on a regular basis.
Daily Outlet briefings Daily F&B briefing (send designate if off duty) Weekly F&B Meeting Staff Meetings of the respective outlet.
To actively promote the services and facilities of hotel to guests, visitors and suppliers of the Hotel.
Ensure guest satisfaction & service levels in all bar departments according to standards. Interacts with guests & inquires that guest contentment levels are in compliance with well established standards.
Maintain complete Product Knowledge, including: Local Laws, Food, Beverage, Operating Equipment, Systems, Banquet events and Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
Ensure the staff under his/her supervision is informed, trained and evaluated on these matters.
Requirements
Young and energetic Arabic (Native) and English speaking female candidate
Minimum of 3 years, previous work experience as an outlet manager or supervisor in 4* to 5* hotel
Preferably work experience in an Arabic restaurant / Shisha outlet etc., in a hotel
Willing to work in a restaurant serving food, alcohol and shisha
Thorough understanding of restaurant operation
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and PR orientated
Ability to work with micros POS system
Creative and sales orientated
Availability to work in shifts as needed
Age preferably below 35yrs
Hospitality Diploma or Certificate is an added qualification
Basic Salary QR. 4200/- to 4500/- Negotiable , Free Shared accommodation & Transport , Free meals provided in staff cafeteria
