Immediate Hiring Female Sales Executive (Preferred - Salon Experience)
We are looking for experienced and skilled Outdoor Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. Candidate should be currently available in Qatar.
Key Responsibility:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote the company’s products/services.
• Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects, presenting and demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Ensure timely delivery of products/services and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the market.

Requirement:

• Preferred prior experience in salon and Spa industry
• Candidate should be presentable and good looking
• Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the local market of Spa and Salon and the ability to develop customer networks.
• Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Candidate must be currently based in Qatar and available for immediate start.
