We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic B2C Executive Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our electrical home appliances to consumers and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition. Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service. Demonstrate and provide product knowledge to customers, highlighting features and benefits of the products. Deliver sales presentations to customers and negotiate prices and terms of sale. Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. Participate in events, such as trade shows and product launches, to promote the products and generate leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales objectives. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the electrical home appliances industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools. Ability to travel as required.
