Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to provide product information, answer questions, and address any concerns from healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize product performance in the market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals to increase awareness of product benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account information.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the medical and healthcare sectors.
- Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote the company's products.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Valid Qatar driver's license.
- Experience working in the Qatar market or the GCC region.
- Knowledge of medical and healthcare regulations in Qatar.
- Previous experience in promoting and selling skincare products.
