Miscellaneous Information:
Performs advanced maintenance and operations to support facility, process, and HVAC in manufacturing and R&D lab facilities. Prepares, reviews and files associated documentation. In collaboration with other maintenance Techs, shares work team leadership responsibilities - including training and task management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates work performed by staff and contractors with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
- Participates in continuous improvement and implementation of best practices for technical standards and procedures to maximize equipment availability, at decreased costs.
- Develops, revises, and reviews Standard Operating Procedures for work related areas, to optimize efficiency of maintenance program.
- Coordinates and/or does personnel moves, work space setup/modification Gains in-depth knowledge of Center stone facilities management Data Base to control workflows for maintenance and space planning, execution and documentation.
- Implements job plan improvements and spare part management.
- Reviews and files operational log paperwork, daily log files, and work order documentation to enable accurate tracking of maintenance activities.
- Leads advanced troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of, process and HVAC related equipment/systems.
- Builds up competent knowledge of the process, automation, process-specific technology.
Assists in start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all mechanical design specifications
