Job Title: Maintenance System Administrator- 2 Nos
Location: Qatar Education City, Doha
Job Type: Full-Time- Contract- 24 Months ( Extendable)
Salary : QAR 6000 ( Full Package)
Work Days : 6 Days a Week
Working hours : 10 Hours a Day
Overtime: Overtime shall be paid after 10 hours of work.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance System Administrator to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with experience in maintenance management systems and asset tracking. You will be responsible for managing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, ensuring the smooth operation and tracking of assets and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CMMS/EAM system (e.g., Maximo), ensuring data accuracy and efficient system operation.
- Implement asset management, tracking, and inventory control systems.
- Review and update work orders, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure the timely completion of work orders and tasks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems related to maintenance.
- Train staff on using maintenance management software and related systems.
- Continuously improve system processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in system administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., Maximo, other CMMS/EAM systems).
- Experience with asset management, inventory control, and tracking systems.
- Strong technical skills with a proven ability to understand and implement IT systems.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A fast learner, able to quickly grasp technical concepts and processes.
- Well-organized and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling technical documentation and work orders.
