IT Administrator
- Manage, monitor, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all systems are secure and operating efficiently.
- Install, configure, and manage network servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and optimize for efficiency and security.
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Install, configure, and update software applications as needed.
- Provide user support for software issues and train staff on new applications.
- Ensure software licenses are up to date and comply with licensing agreements.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and data protection.
- Manage user access controls and permissions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees on IT-related issues.
- Manage helpdesk support and respond to service tickets in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain IT documentation for troubleshooting and processes.
- Administer and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Back up and recover database systems as needed.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects, including upgrades and new technology rollouts.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and administer Oracle databases, ERP systems, and related software.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle-related technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to support IT needs and Oracle application requirements.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
- Provide end-user support and training on Oracle applications.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network configurations, system logs, and manuals.
