The Human Resources Coordinator will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Department and Staff Housing to provide service to all team members in order to achieve and maintain ultimate satisfaction and motivation of all team members.
.The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.
Prepare and type memorandums and any other routine correspondence.
Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents; responsible for accurate filing and archiving (both in a hard and computerized format) of departmental documentation containing all employees’ records and necessary documents.
Handle the day to day physical operations which include: liaising and coordinating the office supplies and IT consumables; inventory control of office supplies ensuring availability of items at all times.
Assist in coordinating special functions Welfare activities for employees (training events, employees’ celebrations, etc.)
Ensure that team member’s communication board is kept up to date with the relevant information, memos and other notices.
Update transportation schedule regularly.
Coordinates with Immigration Officer on Housing issues.
Maintains good relationships with colleagues within the department and with other departments and contributes to team spirit.
Comply with hotel standards in relation to hygiene, health, and safety policy.
Adheres to set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.
On a daily basis, checks light fixtures and all other maintenance issues in the staff accommodation of all assigned areas and keep records, reports to maintenance team and HR department.
Immediately reports maintenance deficiencies to Supervisor.
Assist in the setting up rooms/beds/welcome packs for new arrivals.
Participates actively in company-initiated employee activities.
Cooperates and coordinates with colleagues whenever necessary.
Comply with hotel standards in relation to hygiene, grooming health and safety policy.
To carry out other tasks as maybe required from time to time by the Human Resources Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: QAR8.00 - QAR79.00 per month
