HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and maintain candidate records.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims.
  • Compliance and Policy:
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate and deliver employee training programs as needed.
  • Support employee development initiatives and career progression plans.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, managing HR files, and maintaining the HRIS.
  • Provide support to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Preferably Female Candidate
  • Experience with [specific HR software or tools] is desirable.
  • Knowledge of [specific industry or sector] is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month
