Full job description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Doha. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and overseeing a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Qatari labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues related to workplace conflicts, grievances, and performance concerns.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and company policies.
Handle employee documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
Provide guidance on compensation policies and practices.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
