Experience in the HR field mandatory. #### Main Purpose of the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR, Admin, and Procurement Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various functions including human resources, administration, and procurement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively and an independent handler. #### Key Responsibilities - *HR Management:* - Handle the HR department such as managing employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. - Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - *Procurement Support:* - Assist in the procurement process by liaising with vendors, obtaining quotes, comparing prices and quality of new suppliers, and finalizing goods. - Arrange shipments and coordinate logistics activities. - *Administrative Support:* - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration. - Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. - Prepare reports and presentations as required by management. #### Expected Outcomes - Efficient management of HR processes ensuring smooth onboarding and employee satisfaction. - Streamlined procurement processes with optimal vendor relationships and cost-effective purchases. - Organized administrative operations ensuring effective support to all team members. - Enhanced overall productivity and morale through efficient coordination of company events and training sessions. #### Competencies - *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - *Organizational Skills:* Strong ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively. - *Attention to Detail:* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing records and procurement processes. - *Interpersonal Skills:* Ability to handle employee inquiries and support recruitment and onboarding processes effectively. - *Technical Proficiency:* Proficiency in using office software and tools for scheduling, inventory management, and report preparation.
