- Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
- Collecting and disposing of trash.
- Assisting guests when necessary.
- Keeping the linen room stocked.
- Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.
- Proven experience in luxury housekeeping, private households, or five-star hospitality services.
- Expertise in handling fine crystals, silverware, and high-end decorative pieces.
- Proficiency in laundry management, ironing, and wardrobe organization.
- Familiarity with family-style kitchen operations and comfort in working in intimate family settings.
- Ability to arrange and maintain floral displays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide thoughtful and warm guest care.
- Knowledge of formal table service, event preparation, and food presentation.
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
- Ability to read and interpret body language and facial expressions to enhance guest experience.
- Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality are key.
