HOLE WATCH/ GAS WATCH
- Monitoring: Continuously observe and monitor confined spaces or areas with potential gas hazards to ensure safe conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Verify that safety procedures and protocols are followed, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and gas detection instruments.
- Gas Detection: Use gas detectors to monitor air quality and levels of hazardous gases, ensuring they remain within safe limits.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between workers inside the confined space and external teams, providing updates and reporting any issues or emergencies.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to initiate emergency procedures if unsafe conditions arise, including alerting emergency response teams and evacuating personnel if needed.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of monitoring activities, safety inspections, and any incidents or irregularities observed.
Contract length: 2 months
