Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Arabic, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As a key member of the executive support team, you will play a vital role in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring efficient time management for the CEO.
Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:
Effectively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.
2. Communication:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
3. Language Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
Facilitate communication in multiple languages as needed.
4. Daily Tasks:
Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the CEO's office.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
5. Travel Coordination:
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and other logistics for business trips.
Ensure travel plans align with the CEO's schedule and priorities.
6. Time Management:
Implement time management strategies to enhance the CEO's productivity.
Prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
7. Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations as required.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
8. Multitasking:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them.
Qualifications:
i. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
ii. Trilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
iii. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
iv. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
v. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
vi. Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools.
vii. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
Experience:
  • Executive assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Required)
  • Arabic (Required)
