Electrical BIM -CAD Modeler
Job Description:
BIM /cad with a focus on electrical systems, he will be responsible for developing and managing building information models that incorporate electrical systems. his role is crucial in ensuring that all electrical design aspects are accurately represented and coordinated with other disciplines in the BIM environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and ELV systems.
2- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure electrical designs are integrated seamlessly into the overall project model or cad files .
3- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building systems within the BIM environment.
4- Produce detailed 3D models, drawings, and documentation for electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
5- Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of the electrical BIM models.
6- Utilize BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Auto CAD MEP to create and manage models.
7- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input on electrical system design and integration.
8- Stay updated on industry best practices, BIM standards, and software advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to commute/relocate:
