Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Develop creative briefs and contribute ideas for the Campaigns Think Tank. - Optimize marketing automation and lead generation through websites and social channels. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Identify trends and insights, and optimize budget allocation and performance based on data. - Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies. - Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests to improve results. - Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages for enhanced user experience. - Use strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels. - Work closely with external agencies and vendor partners. - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption when suitable. - Manage and regularly update websites. - Oversee blog management for the brands. - Create, launch, and optimize Google Ad Words campaigns. - Manage and optimize paid advertising on platforms like Facebook and Bing. - Lead generation campaigns and manage leads database. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns for events, such as National Day campaigns. - Design marketing materials. - Design newsletters and manage database collection.
