Consultant - Client Relations
Writer Relocations is looking for a detail-oriented Client Relations Consultant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and our service teams to deliver a high standard of relocation services.
Responsibilities
Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of client-specific processes among Customer Service (CS) teams, including those from Relocation Management Companies (RMCs) and local clients.
- Provide timely updates to RMCs/local HR contacts regarding delivered programs or changes in service requests.
- Coordinate various services such as area orientation, home search, settling-in, departure services, and other country-specific relocation services.
- Keep clients updated on process changes (immigration, documentation, etc.) and assist with necessary documentation, authorizations, and approvals.
- Ensure 100% retention of authorized accounts and assignees for the year.
- Maintain high-quality service standards, accurate record-keeping, reporting, and timeliness.
- Address expat concerns, ensuring timely assistance according to their assignment or contract guidelines.
- Ensure timely closure of files related to each relocation case.
Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
